HP inks cheap online

Original HP inks or inexpensive accessory inks?

Right off the bat, plot reveal; on average, original cartridges have fewer defects than accessory cartridges. It's basically about whether you're willing to pay 100-200% more for printing just because you're not sure if every cartridge will work as well as the original. HP original cartridges are really of very high quality and of course we at the mustekala.fi online store will be happy to sell them to you. On the other hand, we also offer a cheaper option. So what kind of "risk" are we talking about when it comes to the quality of accessory cartridges and how much will you save if you choose an accessory cartridge? Read more here and we'll tell you the facts impartially, because it doesn't matter to us whether you buy an HP original cartridge from us or an accessory cartridge from an alternative manufacturer, as long as you're satisfied yourself. Finally, we will give you our unbiased and well-reasoned opinion on which brand of printer you should buy next.

Our supply cartridges have 0.1-2% complaints (1/1000 – 1/50 of the cartridge, depending on the printing technology). So if you use one of our accessory cartridges per year on average, you will probably never get a defective cartridge in your lifetime!

Buying high-quality accessory cartridges requires familiarity and industry experience. We have been practicing this for you since 1995 and that is why we are able to offer the lowest reclamation rates in the industry. Many companies sell ink cartridges online as one product group among others, and their ability and motivation to choose the best ink cartridges is limited. There are easily 3-20% defective inks in the "general store" on the Internet, and this is also the source of the mixed reputation of the consumable cartridges. When buying from Chinese online stores, the problem is accentuated, because the software of the data chips in the toner cartridges is different on all continents, so a toner cartridge bought in China rarely works in Finland. So would I buy consumable inks myself? Definitely not from the general store. I would definitely buy from Finnish stores specializing in inks and color cartridges. An experienced and specialized buyer in the printing supplies industry knows how to choose the best manufacturers from each model, and the functionality guarantee makes the purchase risk-free for the customer.

The number of complaints depends on the printing technology

Black and white laser cartridges have 0.3-1% complaints. In practice, depending on the model, once in a hundred cassettes or once in three hundred cassettes.

In inkjet printers, we only have about 0.1-0.2% printing problems, i.e. 1/500 or 1/1000 in a cartridge. However, it is worth noting here that for patent and quality reasons we hardly sell HP ink cartridges with one so-called tri-color cartridge and black cartridge. We know from experience that all manufacturers have a lot of defects in them and we recommend using original cartridges in them, although unfortunately it will be expensive.

Color lasers are the most challenging. Without going into technical details, it must be stated that if the color tones must be exactly the same as with HP original cartridges, then it is best to stick to HP original or possibly Premium level cartridges. If deviations in color tone are not a problem, you can also use high-quality accessory cartridges from other brands. Unfortunately, there are around 2% of printing errors in our color lasers that cause complaints. There is a small model-specific variation, but that 2% is the average. In the case of color lasers, do not under any circumstances buy the cartridges of the accessory manufacturer from anyone other than us or from other companies specializing in color cartridges.

What to do if you come across a defective cartridge?

Then you have to inform us about it and you will get a new cassette, a refund or the money back - including possible return costs. When bad luck strikes, it's unfortunate - for all of us. However, we are responsible for our products and you can try our accessory cartridges without worry. Regarding our competitors, it is worth checking whether the store also pays the return costs? Online stores that sound domestic, but are still foreign, do not have to comply with Finnish consumer protection and often charge return costs to customers. Returns usually cost more than the ink cartridge. Also in many other online stores that sound domestic, the service is only in English, and even though there is a right of return, the costs are paid by the customer. So you should be careful.

A well-known or inexpensive online store for inks?

Our online store mustekala.fi is the online store of our company, which has been operating since 1995, and where we plan to bring other suitable products as well. We are about half cheaper than online ink stores that advertise on TV and otherwise visibly. The large advertising costs have to be transferred to the prices of the products, so the most famous stores (which of course advertise themselves as cheap) are actually the most expensive. I recently went to compare the price of the most popular HP black and white laser cartridge (CE285A) between them and us. Two of the most well-known online stores for inks sell the supplies manufacturer's cartridges at double the price compared to us. The price of this HP CE285A supply cartridge varies between 36-43 euros depending on the manufacturer, so even their cheapest model is more than 50% more expensive than ours. We challenge you to compare, because the price is almost double that of our most famous competitors, but you don't have to take my word for it, just compare for yourself - you'll be amazed at the difference. We just don't engage in expensive TV advertising, but rather aim to be visible online for free. We have not compromised on quality - on the contrary. We are the official importer of the world's largest manufacturers. In ink cartridges, we also import the products of a manufacturer that has been awarded the best in its own category. We sell to municipalities, companies and associations, as well as to consumers also on invoice without a separate account opening. You just go to our online store and order. Our store also offers electronic online invoicing, which is preferred by municipalities and companies today. Buying from us is safe. We have an SSL certificate, which means we are a technically secure online store. We are also one of Finland's largest importers of inks and the company has been working with printing supplies since 1995. Welcome to buy quality products at an affordable price.

How much do you save when you buy HP inks online?

In the case of HP inkjet printer cartridges, we usually talk about savings of a few tens of euros, but for larger HP color laser cartridges, the savings are 100-700 euros for one color set. As for HP black and white lasers, the savings are usually between 20 and 100 euros per cartridge.

Which brand of printer should I buy and why?

A short answer to the beginning. We don't sell printers, but buy HP! Reasoning? We have been selling color cartridges since 1995 and we hear customer feedback about printers every weekday. Usually several times a day. HP is the market leader and works well with all major software and computers. Installation is easy and there are very few failures. The price is not always the cheapest, but HP supply cartridges are available for this world's largest brand quickly, so you have the opportunity to save on printing costs even from the first replacement cartridge if you want. HP original cartridges are usually also available through it wholesalers. With other brands, wholesalers keep a smaller stock of cartridges because the model-specific sales are smaller and you can sometimes have to wait even months for color cartridges, which can be annoying, especially if it's your only printer. What else is there to consider when choosing a printer brand? In Brother laser printers, the drum is not replaced with the toner cartridges, but must be purchased separately, which should be taken into account if you calculate printing costs. If you don't buy HP, then the differences between other brands are small, so the most decisive thing is the other suitability for your needs. I personally like Samsung TVs, but I don't think Samsung is at its best when it comes to color laser printers, so I wouldn't buy them myself. You shouldn't buy an inkjet printer if you don't use the printer every week, because the mouths of the cartridges dry out if you don't use them and the color cartridges get ruined. On the other hand, if you print photos, an inkjet printer is still the best option in terms of image quality.
